Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fees
CePAT subscriptions are billed annually. The first-year fee includes a one-time setup fee. Renewal fees are charged at the renewal rate as stated on our pricing page.
2. No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once payment has been made and your account has been set up, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or decision not to use the Service.
- Dissatisfaction with features or functionality.
- Business closure or change in business needs.
- Failure to use the Service during the subscription period.
- Switching to another e-Invoice provider.
- Issues caused by LHDN/MyInvois system that are beyond our control.
3. Setup Fee
The setup fee covers the initial configuration of your account, including LHDN API registration assistance and system onboarding. This fee is non-refundable once setup work has commenced.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- We are permanently unable to provide the Service due to circumstances within our control.
- A duplicate payment was made in error (refund of the duplicate amount only).
Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be given for the remaining period.
- Upon cancellation, you should export your data before your account is deactivated.
- Accounts will be deactivated upon cancellation. Data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
6. Renewal
- We will notify you before your subscription renewal date.
- If renewal payment is not received, your account may be suspended.
- Suspended accounts may be reactivated within 30 days upon payment. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
